This training is designed to prepare the professional team responsible for delivering interventions across different work and training areas, with the aim of promoting quality social and labour insertion. The ultimate goal is to support the recovery of adequate living conditions and foster the personal and professional development of individuals in situations of social difficulty.
The programme provides a solid theoretical foundation, starting with key concepts related to socio-labour insertion. It also includes an overview of relevant national and European policies, and offers practical tools, strategies and resources for labour intermediation and the effective inclusion of the target population.
General objective
To provide the professional team with the training and knowledge needed to support social and labour inclusion processes, reducing barriers and addressing discrimination faced by people in vulnerable situations.
